TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Lynside Media.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website.

By accessing or engaging with Lynside Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Lynside Media offers digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

- Content creation

- Short-form video production

- Social media strategy and management

- Funnel design and development

- Copywriting and brand messaging

All project specifics, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be documented in a signed proposal or contract before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

- Provide accurate information and necessary materials

- Respond promptly to feedback and approval requests

- Adhere to scheduled timelines to avoid project delays

Lynside Media shall not be liable for missed deadlines due to client delays or unresponsiveness.

3. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

- A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required for all projects unless otherwise agreed.

- Remaining balances must be settled before the release of final deliverables.

- All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

- Additional services or revisions beyond the scope will be billed separately.

4. Revisions

Most packages include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to fees, with client approval.

5. Project Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice.

Clients are responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. Lynside Media retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lynside Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action shall be filed in the appropriate court of jurisdiction in Camarines Norte.

Lynside Media respects your privacy and complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Data is stored securely on platforms we use (e.g., Google Workspace, Leadconnector, Calendly, Stripe/Salig).

4. Access, Correction, and Deletion

You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion
